Description:

This product is a one-component, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone sealant. When exposed to air, it reacts with trace amounts of moisture to form a flexible silicone rubber elastomer. After curing, it exhibits excellent high and low-temperature resistance, with an operating temperature range of -60°C to 200°C, and a peak temperature resistance of up to 250°C.

Operation Steps:

1.clean the component surface. 2.apply the adhesive. 3.allow it to cure (12-24 hours) at room temperature.

Matters Needing Attention:

1. Please save and use in well-ventilated environment.
2. In case of contact with skin and eyes, please rinse with plenty of water.
3. Please keep away from children.
4. Keep away from sources of ignition.
5. Shelf life: Store in a cool, dry place. 24 months if unopened; 12 months if opened.

Production date is indicated on the back of the container, as long as not dry it will work.

6. When using, squeeze the adhesive from the end. After using, tighten the container cap tightly to prevent contact with moisture.
7. Due to the diversity and uncertainty of the substrate, please conduct a practical test before use.

How to choose:

K-703 White Free-flowing

Suitable for bonding and sealing electronic components, semiconductor materials, and electronic devices; waterproofing and sealing electric heaters and electronic instruments; and potting electronic components.

K-704 White Semi-flowing / K-704L White Free-flowing/K-704B Black Semi-flowing

Used for sealing and adhering oil and water leaks in electric heaters, high-temperature instruments, rice cookers, and electric irons. Also used for moisture-proof sealing, spark prevention, and arc extinguishing in neon lights, energy-saving lamps, and television high-voltage transformers.

K-704N White Non-sagging / K-704NB Black Non-sagging

Suitable for securing and sealing electronic components; sealing and bonding in automotive and lighting fixtures.

K-705 Transparent Free-flowing

Suitable for sealing and protecting electronic components, circuit boards, optical devices, and other applications requiring colloid transparency.

K-706 Translucent Semi-flowing

Used for bonding and waterproofing guardrail pipes in the opto electronics industry, as well as bonding and sealing engineering plastics, metals, glass, and ceramics. It is also used for bonding, positioning, and reinforcing electronic components on electronic circuit boards, providing moisture-proof sealing.

Please note: Both of them can not be used on bonding materials like: PP (Polypropylene), PE (Polyethylene) ,Nylon, PTFE and so on.
