Product Description:

This UV shadowless glue (Part NO. 3011) is clear liquid, and it is specially made for glass /crystal to metal special, it needs to use UV lamp or sunlight to help it cure. When it dry it is hardly to see the trace.

Typical Uses: coffee table (glass to metal)

Viscosity: 1500mPa.s

Shear Strength: 21MPa

Tensile Strength: 24MPa

Temperature Range: -40～+130℃ (-40～+266℉)

Operation Steps:

1. Clean the surface of the object to be bonded to ensure that it is dry and free of oil stains, etc
2. Apply appropriate glue (1cm²/drop) to one side of the item and align the parts that need to be bonded
3. Use the UV lamp or put in sunlight waiting for it to be cured. (UV lamp 365nm wavelength 40w needs 8s to cure, put in sunlight needs 2-6 hours depends on weather.)

Matters Needing Attention:

1. Please save and use in well-ventilated environment.
2. In case of contact with skin and eyes, please rinse with plenty of water.
3. Please keep away from children.
4. Keep away from sources of ignition.
5. Best storage temperature is 8-25℃(46.4℉-77℉).
6. It needs to cure with the help of UV lamp or sunlight, so one side of the items must need to be glass or crystal to ensure the glue cured with the help of UV light.
7. Bigger bottle than 50ml used, the net volume is 50±1ml.
